Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Items that have been worn, damaged, or are missing tags cannot be returned. Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they are defective.
